The Caravan
Our luxury caravan offers you the perfect place to relax, walk, enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and sample wonderful cuisine at the local pubs and restaurants. We are sited on a quiet premier pitch at the rear of the park which offers good access to the beach, the Pinewoods and cycle paths through to Holkham and beyond.
We have a spacious wrap around gated decking area which offers both shade and full sun throughout the day. Comfortable garden furniture is available as well as table and chairs for alfresco dining. A storage box is provided for your buckets and spades, wind breaks and other outdoor equipment. Our caravan has hard standing parking and a small paved area to the rear of the van. Outside lighting is provided, unfortunately we do not allow BBQ’s.
Once inside you will be met with a light and airy open plan kitchen, dining and cosy living area. The spacious kitchen boasts everything you will need for a hassle free self catering holiday. Dishwasher, built in microwave, gas hob oven with separate grill, fridge freezer and for those cooler evenings a dining table and chairs.
The living area offers two comfy sofas and a large ottoman for extra storage and seating. You will find a selection of board games inside. One sofa pulls out to become a double bed if required. French doors lead out to the decking and eating area and there is an electric fire for those cooler evenings. Central heating is through out the caravan. A large flatscreen television with freeview and DVD player are provided.
A small hallway links the living area to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our caravan has a family bathroom which comprises of a double shower, basin with vanity unit, toilet and heated towel rail. You will need to provide your own towels.
Bedroom two is a twin room with storage above the beds and a single wardrobe. Duvets and pillows are provided however, you will need to bring your own linen. (Fitted sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases).
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe incorporating a chest of drawers, rail and coat hangers, ironing board and airer. There is a separate dressing table, stall and mirror. A flatscreen television is provided along with duvet and pillows. You will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels.

The master bedroom offers an ensuite with single shower, basin, toilet, heated towel rail and storage.
Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms are in place for your safety.
Holiday Park Facilities
Laundrette, tokens can be purchased from reception. A shop can be found on site for groceries, newspaper, gifts etc (open March to October) A coffee shop is situated at the rear of the park next to the beach. A small railway runs between Pinewoods and Wells town during the high season. Train times are clearly shown at the platform, approximately every 20 minutes. At the front of the park a children’s play area can be found.
